Minister Basil opens ''Pro Foods Pack & Agbiz 2014' Exhibition

'Pro Food Pro Pack & Agbiz 2014' the most comprehensive food, beverage and packaging exhibition was inaugurated today (21) under the patronage of   Basil Rohana Rajapaksa , Minister of Economic Development at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Hall (BMICH).

The exhibition will  conclude on August 23. Pro Food Pro Pack & Agbiz 2014 for the 13th successive year is organized by Food Processors Association together with Lanka Exhibition & Conference Services (Pvt) Ltd.

This wide-ranged exhibition provides  a one stop solution with the theme “From the Farm to the Kitchen”.

As Sri Lanka’s only agriculture, food and beverage and packaging event,    it evidently attracts all stakeholders from the retail and wholesale food/beverage service sectors generating new connections and new business for everyone involved.

As in the past, Pro Food Pro Pack & Agbiz 2014 covers areas such as Agriculture, Poultry, Livestock, floriculture and many more income generating sectors.(SDF/KH)
