The Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka together with the Colombo Stock Exchange have organized a  "Regulatory Compliance Symposium"  to guide the listed entities on the recently issued directives  by the SEC.

The Symposium will be held at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo on Friday (17) from 9am  to 12noon followed by lunch.

It will focus on directives issued on Minimum Public Float, Related Party Transactions, and Disclosure Requirements for Directors’ Dealings in Shares.

The symposium is  specially designed for Compliance Officers, Board Secretaries, Registrars and officials of companies listed on the CSE.

SEC and CSE officials are lined up to speak at the event.

Spa Ceylon, the local luxury lifestyle brand with a truly Ceylonese identity is set to take the international market by storm as they expand their product and service offering to 7 countries this year, with over 16 outlets planned to be opened in the next 12 months. Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), the pioneering integrated telecommunication service provider introduced the first “drive-through” bill payment facility, at SLT Maradana Teleshop, at a special opening ceremony held on Tuesday (09),  SLT is the first operator to implement a “drive-through” bill payment facility, which was introduced with the aim of increasing customer convenience and adding value to customers’ overall experience with SLT.

With the introduction of this latest bill payment facility, customers are now able to pay their SLT and Mobitel bills to the SLT counter in the comfort of their vehicle, while on their way to their destinations, eliminating the hassle of finding parking spaces and thus, fitting their errands more easily into their busy lifestyles. The SLT Teleshop at Maradana is centrally located in a busy commercial area and this drive through bill payment facility that is easily accessible by customers, will help to greatly increase their convenience.

SLT has already enabled the bill payment facility in over 3000 different locations island-wide including leading supermarkets, banks (with the option of making bill payments at the bank counter, ATM machines, using phone banking method or through the bank’s website), other retail outlets, on-line through the company’s corporate website www.slt.lk, as well as through doorstep banking facilities that enable customers to pay their bills at their own doorstep through mobile collection teams that regularly visit customers’ homes.

 A business delegation from the Korean city of Busan will arrive in Sri Lanka on 7th June to discuss business opportunities with local counterparts, states the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.  The delegation will be led by Shin Jung Taek, the honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Busan.

The delegation is expected to discuss opportunities in the sectors of construction, ship maintenance and conversion, steel, tourism and vehicle components.

The visit is organized in reciprocation of the visit of Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapakse to Korea in 2012.

The Sri Lanka – Korea Economic Cooperation Committee in association with the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will be organizing Business coordination with the delegates.

Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (SLT) released financial performance of its Group and Company for the 1st quarter 2013 yesterday (15).

The group has recorded a Rs.14.45 Bn revenue, with 5% year on year growth during the quarter. Strategic initiatives engaged particularly in the mobile sector together with the expansion of broadband and data services through i-Sri Lanka program have complemented the growth of group revenue.

During the qurater under review, the group reported a Net Profit Before Tax (NPBT) of Rs. 2.03 Bn and Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) of Rs. 1.60 Bn. This is an impressive growth of 90% and 226% respectively compared to that of the previous year, which was negatively impacted by Rs. 1.4 Bn foreign currency conversion loss. Compared to previous quarter the improvement of Group NPBT and NPAT was 48% and 83%.

Increase in operating costs mainly driven by inflationary factors, has diluted the group EBITDA margin to 32% from 36% during the same period in the previous year.

In line with increased profits, Group annualized Earnings Per Share (EPS) has been increased from Rs.1.09 in 1st quarter 2012 to Rs.3.55 during the quarter under review.

At the Company level, Rs. 8.70 Bn revenue was reported with a marginal growth of 1% compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Rapid increase of operating costs has eroded the Net Profit Before Tax and Net Profit After Tax of the quarter under review by 46% and 48% respectively to Rs. 1.06 Bn and Rs. 0.78 Bn.

SLT has moved onto a period of growth with the appointment of Group CEO Mr. Lalith De Silva in February 2013, who has extensive experience in the telecommunication and IT sector. Commenting on the performance of the company, Mr. Lalith De Silva stressed the importance of adopting a synergetic approach within the group to facilitate rapid growth in terms of financials as well as to provide an enhanced service experience to the customers.

In the face of intense competition, Mobitel was able to report a healthy performance recording a growth in both subscribers and revenue. Revenue for the first quarter of 2013 grew by10 % to Rs 6.6 Bn compared to the same quarter in the previous year. The revenue growth was duly supported by timely investments in network infrastructure for capacity building and coverage expansion. This in turn resulted in an increase in customer base by 14% in comparison to the first quarter of previous year.  This growth was achieved despite the Sri Lankan mobile market reaching saturation by end of 2012 according TRCSL sources.

Mobitel reported improvement in all key profitability indicators EBITDA, EBIT and NPAT during the first quarter of 2013 compared to same period in previous year. The growth achieved in overall revenue which increased by Rs 0.58 Bn continues to be reflected across profitability indicators with EBITDA and EBIT growing by 3% and 5% respectively. This was a result of continuous efforts to manage costs while striving for optimum asset utilization. For the first quarter of 2013 Mobitel reported an After Tax Profit of Rs.0.64 Bn as against Rs.0.95 Bn losses in the first quarter of 2012 mainly brought about by the depreciation of the rupee in the early part of 2012. Therefore the NPAT growth achieved for the period is 167% in comparison to the same period of previous year.

According to Mr. Nimal Welgama, Chairman SLT Group, SLT is now ready to deploy high investments in Infotainment, expansion of International cables, Data and Broadband services and expansion of IT systems. He is confident that these investments would enhance the value of SLT Group while significantly contributing to the Government initiatives to boost ICT in the country as a part of its infrastructure development.

Apparel and Proessed meat sector to benefit

The Government of India has approved the Sri Lankan request for removal of the fabric sourcing condition, bringing to 8 million pieces the number of garments that can be exported from Sri Lanka to India duty-free, under the terms of the bilateral Free Trade Agreement.

During the visit of Anand Sharma, Minister of Commerce, Industry & Textiles of the Government of India to Sri Lanka from 3-5 August, 2012 the Government of Sri Lanka had made a request to remove the condition of sourcing of fabric from India for 5 million pieces under the India-Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement so that the total quota for duty free apparel exports from Sri Lanka to India becomes 8 million pieces, without any condition on fabric sourcing.

As committed by Anand Sharma, the Indian Govenment has approed the Sri Lankan request and the relevant notification in this regard was formally handed over to the Director General, Department of Commerce of the Government of Sri Lanka, Tuesday (26 March) by the High Commission of India.

Further, under the revised SAFTA duty regime notified by India for non-LDC countries on 6 September 2012, Sri Lankan textiles exports would attract a duty of 5%, as against the earlier 11%. This is another step that will facilitate greater Sri Lankan exports of ready made garments to the Indian market.

The High Commission of India on 27th February 2013 had informed the Sri Lanka Ministry of Commerce and Industry regarding the decision of the Government of India to extend the validity period of Sanitary Import Permits (SIPs) for export of meat products to India. The extension was accorded in response to a request made by the Sri Lankan Industry and the Department of Commerce of Sri Lanka. As per the new notification by the Indian Government's Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, the permits will now be issued for imports of processed livestock products into India for a period of one year. The validity period earlier was six months.

During the 8th India-Sri Lanka Joint Commission meeting held on 22 January 2013 at New Delhi, both countries had agreed to cooperate closely to forge closer economic and trade linkages and take steps to double the bilateral trade to reach US $ 10 billion in next three years. The two sides also agreed to consider working towards increasing Sri Lanka’s export capacity. By providing greater market access to Sri Lankan ready made garments and implementing trade facilitation measures such as extending the validity of sanitary import permits, the Government of India’s commitment to facilitating Sri Lankan exports and enhancing bilateral trade is clear.

Sri Lanka’s export to India has increased substantially since the coming into force of the India-Sri Lanka FTA, reaching USD 720.89 million in the year 2011-12, according to statistics compiled by the Department of Commerce, Government of India. For the period April-December 2012, Sri Lanka’s export to India were USD 528.76 million.

The major events of the day were the cultural show “Sri Lanka Night” and photo exhibition held at Moscow Hotel, Saint Petersburg. The cultural show of three hours performed by the Dance Guild of the maestro Chandana Wickramasinghe, enthralled and pleased the audience with many a traditional dancing, drum fusion, mask dancing, drum orchestra and medley of folk songs. The photo exhibition of 120 photos covered the visits of His Excellency Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Republic of Kazakhstan. It also covers major tourist destinations of the country namely; Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla, Kandy, Sigiriya, Pinnawela and Nuwara Eliya along with scenic and pristine beaches along both Western and Eastern coasts, Sri Lankan cuisine, traditional dancing and wild life. The Embassy of the Sri Lanka in the Russian Federation with the support of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau has organized this three week Tourism Promotional Campaign, the “Mega Tourism Road Show” in the Russian Federation and Ukraine covering Moscow, St Petersburg and Kiev.    

In promoting the tourism industry in the country, the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau takes the lead among the others with having two main objectives of: Marketing and promoting of Sri Lanka directly or indirectly as a tourist and travel destination of quality in accordance with the Tourism Development Plan in consultation with the Authority and promoting Sri Lanka as a gateway to the South Asian Regions; and making Sri Lanka known as the centre of excellence in tourism management and development in the region. The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau is the institute responsible for all marketing and promotional functions of Sri Lanka, which is also responsible for overseas marketing and promotional functions.

Siddhalepa is also a major participant in the campaign, which is the trademark of an herbal balm that is believed to help to relieve body aches and pains. With a sum of RS, 2,500/= Ayurvedic Doctor Victor Hettigoda began production of the balm in 1971. Dr. Hettigoda had spent 12 years under his father's tutelage learning the secrets of Ayurveda. Hettigoda first sold the product by travelling around the country convincing boutique owners and small retailers that it was genuine. Victor Hettigoda's dynamism knew no limits. He travelled to every remote village in Sri Lanka to promote the Siddhalepa Balm. His tireless efforts were ultimately rewarded. Today, his Company is a resounding success with a global network.

පරිසරය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සඳහා සාමූහික වගකීමක් දැරීමේ අවශ්‍යතාව සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙන් ම වෙනසක් ඇති කිරීම සඳහා තම තමන් විසින් කවර ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයන් ගත යුතු ද යන්න පිළිබඳ ව සිය කාර්යමණ්ඩලීකයන්, සේවාලාභීන් හා පොදු ජනතාව කෙරෙහි බලපෑමක් ඇති කිරීම සඳහා ආරම්භක ආදර්ශමත් පියවරක් වශයෙන් ශ්‍රීලංකන් සමාගම විසින් දකුණු ආසියාවේ ප්‍රථම මිහිකත හිතකාමී ගුවන් ගමන ක්‍රියාත්මක කර ඇත. ගුවන් යානයක ඉන්ධන ඉතිරිය කෙරෙහි සැලකිය යුතු බලපෑමක් ඇති කරන එහි බර අඩු කරලිය හැකි ක්ෂේත්‍ර නිරන්තරයෙන් ම හඳුනාගැනීම ඒ සඳහා ම කැප වූ පාරිසරික ඒකකයක් මඟින් නිරතුරු ව ම සිදුවේ. ගුවන් සමාගමේ දිගුකාලීන අභිප්‍රාය හෙවත් අරමුණ වන්නේ සෑම ගුවන් ගමනක් ම මිහිකත හිතකාමී ගුවන් ගමනක් බවට පත් කිරීමයි.ගුවන් යානාවලින් සිදුවන වායු විමෝචනය අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් යුරෝපා සංගමය විසින් පනවා ඇති මූලික පාරිසරික අවශ්‍යතාවක් සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ම සපුරා ලු ප්‍රථම ගුවන් සේවාවලින් එකකි ශ්‍රීලංකන් එයාර්ලයින්ස් සමාගම. 2010 වසර මුළුල්ලේ ම සිය මුළුමහත් යානා පද්ධතියේ ම වායු විමෝචන දත්ත පිළිබඳ අංගසම්පූර්ණ එකතුවක් ලබා ගත් පසුව මෙම දත්ත ප්‍රමිතියක් වශයෙන් යුරෝපා සංගමයේ පිළිගැනීමට ලක් විය.  එයින් ඇඟවෙන්නේ ගුවන් සේවයේ ම වායු විමෝචන අධීක්ෂණ පද්ධතිය ඔවුන් විසින් පිළිගෙන ඇති බවයි. මෙම නවීනතම වායු විමෝචන අධීක්ෂණ පද්ධතිය ගුවන් සේවයේ ම ගුවන් යානා මෙහෙයුම් අංශයේ ගුවන් යානා ඉන්ධන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ සහ අභ්‍යන්තර මෘදුකාංග විශේෂඥයින්ගේ ම නිමැවුමකි. තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ නවීකරණ සඳහා ජාතික විශිෂ්ටතම ගුණාත්මක මෘදුකාංග සඳහා කුසලතා සම්මානයක් දිනා ගැනීමෙන් මෙම පද්ධතිය තවදුරටත් පිළිගැනීමට ලක්විය. මෙම අධීක්ෂණ පද්ධතිය මගින් මුළු ගුවන් ගමන පුරා ම වායු විමෝචන අධීක්ෂණය කරමින් එම දත්ත ගුවන් යානයෙන් ම ප්‍රධාන පද්ධතියට ඍජු ව ම උත්පතනය (Upload) කෙරේ.




  ශ්‍රී ලංකන් කේටරිං සමාගම සිය නවීකරණය කරන ලද ආහාර අපද්‍රව්‍ය ජීවානුහරණ හා පරිසර සංරක්ෂණ වැඩ සටහන සඳහා ජාත්‍යන්තර සංචාරක ආහාරපාන සැපයුම් සංගමය මගින් පිරිනැමෙන ගෝලීය සංචාරක ආහාර සැපයුම් කර්මාන්තයේ ගෞරවනීය මර්කරි (Mercury) සම්මාන දෙකක් දිනා ගෙන ඇත.

ජාතික මට්ටමින් ශ්‍රීලංකන් කේටරිං සමාගම ක්‍රියාත්මක මට්ටමේ පවතින පාරිසරික ඉලක්ක හා භාවිතයන් සඳහා වන ජාතික බලශක්ති කාර්යක්ෂමතා රන් සම්මානය දිනා ගෙන ඇත.


ශ්‍රී ලංකන් එයාර්ලයින්ස් සමාගම, ශබ්ද දූෂණය පිළිබඳ දැඩි ජාත්‍යන්තර ප්‍රමිති ද සපුරාලමින්, සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා බලධාරීන් විසින් පනවා ඇති අදාළ අවශ්‍යතාවන්ට හා ක්‍රියාකාරී සීමාවන්ට අනුගත වෙමින්, නිරන්තරයෙන් ම ශබ්ද මට්ටම් තක්සේරු කරමින් සිටී. දැන් ආරම්භ කර ඇති නව ගුවන් යානා එක් කර ගැනීමේ ව්‍යාපෘතියත් සමග, ගුවන් සේවයේ ශබ්ද දූෂණය අනාගතයේ දී බෙහෙවින් අඩු වනු ඇති බව ශ්‍රී ලංකන් එයාර්ලයින්ස් සමාගම පවසයි .

ඉන්ධන පිරිමැසීම, බලශක්තිය ඉතිරි කර ගැනීම, ප්‍රතිචක්‍රීයකරණය සහ වෙනත් ක්ෂේත්‍රයන්හි ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ පියවර පරිසරවේදීන්ගේ අවධානයට යොමු වී ඇත. දැනට, මෙම ගුවන් සේවය, ජාත්‍යන්තර ගුවන් ප්‍රවාහන සංගමයේ පරිසර ඒකකය සමඟ සාකච්ඡා කරමින් සිටින බවද  ශ්‍රී ලංකන් සමාගම, ප්‍රජා මූලික පරිසර සංරක්ෂණ ආයතනයක් සමග හවුල්කාරිත්වයක් ඇති කර ගැනීම සඳහා, වැසි වනාන්තර රැක ගැනීමේ ජාත්‍යන්තරයේ ප්‍රථම ආයතනික අනුග්‍රාහකයා බවට පත්වී ඇති බවද ශ්‍රී ලංකන් එයාර්ලයින්ස් සමාගම පවසයි. සොබාදහම් දිනිතිය රැක ගැනීමේ ජාත්‍යන්තර සංගමය (IUCN) සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකන් සමාගම එක් ව, මහා පරිමාණයේ පරිසරය සුරැකීමේ හා කාබන් අකර්මණ්‍ය කිරීමේ ව්‍යාපෘතියක් ආරම්භ කරනු ඇත.

සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා බලධාරීන් සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකා මධ්‍යම පරිසර අධිකාරය සමග එක් ව කටයුතු කරමින්, ශ්‍රී ලංකන් එයාර්ලයින්ස් ගුවන් සේවය, දැන් පරිසර හිතකාමී ගුවන් තොටුපොළක් සඳහා මහා සැලසුම් සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා කර්මාන්තය සඳහා පාරිසරික ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් සකස් කිරීම පිළිබඳ ව සාකච්ඡා පවත්වමින් සිටී.

ශ්‍රී ලංකන් සමාගම දැනට නිරත ව සිටින ප්‍රයත්නයන් වනාහි, අනාගතයේ දී ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට නියමිත කාබන් පිටුදැකීමේ වැඩසටහන්, භාවිතය අඩු කිරීම, නැවත නැවත පාවිච්චි කිරීම සහ ප්‍රතිචක්‍රීයකරණය සම්බන්ධයෙන් අනාගතයේ දී ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට යන ප්‍රතිපත්තිවල හා පරිසරහිතකාමී ජීවන ශෛලීන් ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලියේ අංශුමාත්‍රයක් පමණි.

අනාගතයේ දී ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට යන සැලසුම් අතර, ගුවන් මගීන් කාබන් අකර්මණ්‍ය කිරීමේ වැඩ සටහනකට එක්කර ගැනීම, ඉන්ධන උපරිම වශයෙන් පිරිමසින ගුවන් යානා පද්ධතියක් පිහිටුවීම, පරිසර හිතකාමී ද්‍රව්‍ය සපයා ගැනීම, ඉංජිනේරුමය අපද්‍රව්‍ය කළමනාකරණ ක්‍රමයක් ආරම්භ කිරීම සහ ගුවන් සේවය සඳහා කාබන් අකර්මණ්‍ය වැඩසටහනක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම ද අදාළ වන බව ශ්‍රී ලංකන් එයාර්ලයින්ස් සමාගම පවසයි.

ජපානයේ ටූනා කිං (tuna king) ලෙස හඳුන්වන ජපන් බහු ජාතික මහා පරිමාණ වෙළඳ ව්‍යාපාරයක් වන කියෝමුරා කෝපරේෂන්හි සභාපති වන කියෝෂි කිමුරා (Kiyoshi Kimura) මහතා අද (06)  ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට පැමිණියේය.

ධීවර හා ජලජ සම්පත් සංවර්ධන අමාත්‍ය රාජිත සේනාරත්න මහතාගේ ආරාධනයෙන් මෙරටට පැමිණෙන කිමුරා මහතා මෙරට ධීවර කර්මාන්තයේ සංවර්ධනය උදෙසා නවීන තාක්ෂණික දැනුම මෙන් ම ජපානයේ සුප්‍රකට සෂිමි තාක්ෂණය ද හඳුන්වාදීමට කටයුතු කරනු ඇත.

කිමුරා මහතා දින කිහිපයක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සංචාරය කරමින් ශ්‍රි ලංකාවේ ධීවර ක්ෂේත්‍රය නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීමට ද නියමිත ව ඇත.

චීන කිරුම් හා මිනුම් නිෂ්පාදකයින්ගේ සංගමයේ ප‍්‍රධාන පෙළේ නියෝජිත පිරිසක් ශී‍්‍ර ලංකාව තුළ ආයෝජන සිදුකිරීමේ හැකියාව සම්බන්ධ ව ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය සමඟ පසුගිය දා සාකච්ඡා පවත්වා තිබේ.

මේ සඳහා චීනයේ බීජිං, ෂැංහයි, ජියැංසු, නැන්ජිං සහ ෂෙංසෙන් වැනි ප‍්‍රධාන නගරවල මහා පරිමාණ ව්‍යාපාරික කටයුතු කරන සමාගම් රැසක් නියෝජනය කරමින් ප‍්‍රධාන පෙළේ නියෝජිතයින් 28 දෙනෙක් සහභාගී වූහ.  මෙම නියෝජිතයින් පිරිස චීනයේ ජාතික ලුහු කර්මාන්ත මණ්ඩලයේ සාමාජිකත්වය දරණ කිරුම් හා මිනුම් යන්ත‍්‍ර නිපදවන්නන්ගේ සංගමයේ පූර්ණ සාමාජිකයෝ වෙති.  එම සංගමයේ සම්පූර්ණ සාමාජිකත්වය ප‍්‍රධාන පෙළේ සමාගම් 500කින් සමන්විත වේ.

දැනට ලෝකයේ සීඝ‍්‍ර ආර්ථික සංවර්ධනයක් අත්පත් කරගනිමින් සිටින රටක් ලෙස චීනය විදේශයන්හි ආයෝජන කෙරෙහි වැඩි ප‍්‍රවණතාවක් පෙන්නුම් කරනු ලබයි. එම නිසා ශී‍්‍ර ලංකා ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය චීන ආයෝජන ආකර්ෂණය කරගැනීමෙහිලා වැඩි අවධානයක් යොමු කරමින් සිටීයි.

2011 වර්ෂයේ දී චීන ව්‍යවසායකයන් විසින් ශී‍්‍ර ලංකාව තුළ ඇ. ඩො. මිලියන 10.4ක ආයෝජන කටයුතු සිදුකරනු ලැබ ඇත. නොරොච්චෝල විදුලි බලාගාරය, හම්බන්තොට වරාය, දකුණු කොළඹ වරාය සංවර්ධනය වැනි මහා පරිමාණ යටිතල පහසුකම් සංවර්ධන ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා මේ වන විට ද චීන ආයෝජකයන් නිරත ව සිටීයි.

පසු ගිය වසර කිහිපය තුළ චීන ආයෝජනයින් ඉලක්ක කරමින් චීන භාෂාවෙන් සිදුකරන ලද ප‍්‍රවර්ධන කටයුතුවල ඍජු ප‍්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස මෙම ව්‍යාපාරික දුත මෙහෙය හැඳින් විය හැකි බව ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය පවසයි.

චීන නිෂ්පාදකයන් විසින් පුළුල් පරාසයක පැතිරුණු විවිධාංගීකරණය වූ කිරුම් මිනුම් යන්ත‍්‍ර නිෂ්පාදනය කරනු ලැබේ. විශේෂයෙන් ම ඇමෙරිකාව හා යුරෝපා සංගමයේ රටවල් ඇතුළත් ව ලෝකයේ සියලු රටවල් ආවරණය වන පරිදි මෙම නිෂ්පාදනවල අලෙවි කටයුතු සිදු කෙරේ. මෙම චීන ව්‍යාවසායකයන් පිරිස ශී‍්‍ර ලංකාවේ දැනටමත් කිරුම් මිනුම් උපකරණ නිෂ්පාදනය සිදුකරන ව්‍යවසායකයන් සමඟ ඒකාබද්ධ ව්‍යාපාර ඇති කිරීමට ඇති හැකියාව සම්බන්ධ ව සාකච්ඡා කිරීමට කැමැත්තෙන් පසු වේ. මෙම චීන ව්‍යවසායකයින් පිරිස ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලයට අයත් කටුනායක අපනයන සැකසුම් කලාපයේ සංචාරය කොට ශී‍්‍ර ලංකාවේ අපනයන සැකසුම් කලාප තුළ තම අනාගත නිෂ්පාදනාගාර ඉදිකිරීම පිළිබඳ ව ඇගයීම සිදුකිරීමට නියමිතය.

මෙම සාකච්ඡාව සඳහා චීන නියෝජිත පිරිසේ ප‍්‍රධානියා ලෙස චීන කිරුම් මිනුම් යන්ත‍්‍ර නිෂ්පාදන සංගමයේ සභාපති ලියු සිආහුආ මහතා සහභාගී වූ අතර විධායක අධ්‍යක්‍ෂිකා ගෞරි රාජපක්‍ෂ මහත්මිය, මාධ්‍ය හා ප‍්‍රචාරක අධ්‍යක්‍ෂක දිලිප් සමරසිංහ මහතා හා නියෝජ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්‍ෂිකා කුමුදුනී රත්නවීර මහත්මිය යන අය ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය වෙනුවෙන් සහභාගී වූහ.
